Welcome to Espresso Masterclass! Here we take a deep dive into the world of espresso brewing and everything that surrounds it: 

• Basic knowledge about espresso
  
• Comparing the brewing of different coffee origins
• Getting accustomed to how grinders of different varieties work
• Study the aroma and flavour profiles of what makes a good espresso
• Experimenting with espresso extractions and recipe building

The Espresso Masterclass is held on Sundays between 12.00 - 15.00 at one of our cafes, on Magasinsgatan 17A, in Gothenburg, with a minimum and maximum of 4 participants per class. With fewer registered participants the course will be rescheduled. The class is held in Swedish, or English based on preference.
